the firehouse

Did You Know? The outside of the firehouse has been continuously decorated with Christmas lights every season since 1956!

Huntington Fire Company #3 operates out of our centrally located fire station located at 44 Church Street. It’s central location in the Huntington neighborhood allows us to quickly respond to emergencies throughout the 18 square miles of our district. The current firehouse was built in 1968, it was built directly behind the original firehouse. Upon completion of the new station the old building was demolished. The station houses our apparatus and equipment. It also serves as a meeting and training site.
